Terms of Engagement

Effective date: 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general framework under which LinkSign AI engages with clients and partners. Specific projects are governed by a signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement; where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

1. Use of this website

The website is provided for information and initial contact. You agree not to misuse it: no unauthorized access, scraping, interference with its operation, or submission of unlawful, misleading or infringing content. We may suspend access to protect the site or other users.

2. Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. Proposals, estimates and timelines we share are indicative until confirmed in a signed Statement of Work describing scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees and schedule.

3. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non‑public information confidential, use it only for the engagement, and protect it with at least reasonable care. This obligation survives the end of the engagement for five years, and indefinitely for trade secrets and personal data. A mutual NDA is available on request before detailed discussions begin.

4. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre‑existing materials, tools, models and know‑how. Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is defined in the Statement of Work. Third‑party and open‑source components remain subject to their own licenses, which we identify in the deliverables documentation.

5. Data and responsible AI

Where an engagement involves personal or sensitive data, the parties will sign a data‑processing agreement and the client confirms it has the legal basis to share the data. We design and deploy systems in line with our commitments, including human oversight for high‑impact decisions and documented testing for accuracy, accessibility and bias. See:

6. Fees and payment

Fees, currency, milestones and payment terms are set in the Statement of Work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days, exclusive of applicable taxes. Work may be paused on undisputed overdue amounts after written notice.

7. Warranties and liability

We will perform services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with applicable law. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim, except for breach of confidentiality, IP infringement, wilful misconduct or liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

8. Term and termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice, or for convenience as set out in the Statement of Work. On termination, the client pays for work performed to date and each party returns or deletes the other's confidential information.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good‑faith negotiation between senior representatives; failing that, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Amman, unless the Statement of Work specifies arbitration.
